Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 large sweet onion (diced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
4 medium carrots (peeled and sliced into rounds)
3 stalks celery (cleaned and sliced)

  • Step number one. To an 8 quart slow cooker add chicken breasts, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, followed by dried parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add the broth.
  • After that, Top with fresh rosemary, thyme and bay leaves.
  • After it, Cover and cook on low, 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 3 to 4 hours.
