Bibingka – Filipino Coconut Cake

8 oz cream cheese
2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups sweet rice flour (1 lb.)
1 tbsp baking powder

  • Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
  • After that, Stir in the eggs, one at a time.
  • Next step is, Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir, until smooth.
